AF ROTC and scholarships?

I am transfering from fgcu to ucf in florida (getting my AA) I'm trying to get into AF ROTC and trying to get a AF scholarship. In highschool I had a 4.0 and was in JROTC for 4 years (cpt rank) I did rifle team, drill team, and colorguard. Now I'm at a college with no military affiliation at all (total green school) with a 3.5 gpa (all As and Bs). What do you guys think my chances are for the scholarship? and For those of you who know, Whats AF rotc like? thanks so much!
