My friend is having issues with his girlfriends weight. What can I do?

well hes a douche, its 15 pounds!!!!! What the hell!! Is she good to him, is she loving , yes then whats the problem, I hope the poor girl realizes she is wayyyyy better then him, im sorry but thats just cruel.
