Do I have a good chance of acceptance to UC Berkeley from out of state?

There is no way you can "guarantee" your acceptance, but you are going in the right direction. USB admits a certain percentage of "out of state" applicants simply to ensure diversity. Obviously, they also like the ability to charge out of state tuition. In other arenas, you will get very much the same consideration as all the other applicants, but you seem to have prepared well and be well rounded. If you have been wise about preparing potential other choices in the event that UCB doesn't work out, you will have nothing to worry about.
