Boyfriend's parents dislike me because of looks?

They behaved normally when I went to meet them, but after probing my boyfriend, he told me that they said I was not fair or tall and look physically weak and what he had seen in me to want to marry me. My boyfriend told them I was very good natured and well educated...they said they can find many with these qualities...I am feeling very low...will I be happy around such people all my life?
