Help my ex-wife tried to break into my house and I called the cops she got away now she called them on me and?

told them that I live in a know drug house. Ha what a crock, but what are my rights? Do they have to investigate every anonymous call they get? I could call every person I dont like and say that about them ...so what are the rights of the person being accused????? Please help I am going home from work and I don't want to be surprised?????
