International Medical Schools? istance needed!?

I am concerned about European Medical schools with English-Speaking components or the famous UAG(also with English speaking component) in Mexico(I am a Mexican national and US citizen). I do not know which would be more successful in returning to the states. Medical schools in Europe would be in Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania, etc. Medical schools in Europe are considered prestigious but UAG has also produced American doctors that currently practicing in US. I am torn between European(Eastern) or Mexico(UAG). Medical school tuition is a bit cheaper in the European countries than in UAG but which will be more glorious in regards to a better doctor and US acceptance(USMLE exams)? Thank you in advance!
