Innate Ideas- Are we born with certain innate ideas...?

such as sense of morality, evident mathematical truths (1+1=2), that opposites are opposites (or at least completely different), or a belief in a higher power (launched and projected by society's collective innatism as either religious dieties or Wish-granting fairies), and so on, or are we really just blank slate (tabula rasa) from birth, and all the knowledge we attain comes from experience?
