Potty Training... HELP?

What is the best way to go about potty training? My daughter is 19 months old and i thought that was to young to start, but shes very bright for her age, when she wakes up in the morning i find her with her pj's off including the diapers, (she always wears a tshirt and pants to bed) and now i cant even go to the bathroom without her taking her diaper and pants off during the day, and ive notice that everytime she has them off, the diaper is full. my family says its my hint to start the potty training, but i dont know how to go about it, and will she understand at this age? please help.
