Did I lose my citizenship to the United States?

I had went on vacation to Venezuela, and I'm still here.. My pport said I could stay here 3 months, I've been here 6? So should I be worried about my citizenship? & did I or did I not lose it yet?? If I will lose it soon, when exactly? Or am I in the clear until I marry or fill out papers here.
