Am I fat, I wear a size 7 in jeans?

Ok so I have really low self esteem. I weigh 132 im 5'2 and have a large chest (size 36c). My boyfriend says Im fine the way I am. Since Im only 14 I know I still have "growth spurts" but right now I feel like Im fat. I wear a size Medium in shirts, 5 to 7 in jeans, and medium in Hollister,Aeropostal, and Ambercrombie and Finch sweatpants. So am I fat?
