I need to make some sort of TRADITIONAL Spanish or Mexican food (no tex-mex or the like) for my college Spanish course. It needs to take less than two hours to make (the less time the better) and I need to be able to store it overnight till noon tomorrow, and if it needs to be heated up it has to be done in a microwave. It also can't cost too much to make. That's a lot of requirements, I know, I hope someone can help! Recipes would be very appreciated, if you have them. Thank you!
