38 plus 3 weeks pregnant got painfull spd plz help?

hi was wondering if anyone had the sme problem or advice. i have spd and its so painfull. got given stronger painkillers but they dont help to be honest. i am 38weeks plus 3 nd have appointment for consultant tomoz to discuss inducing me. if they examine me nd im not dilated will they book me in for Prostin? i really cant tke more pain and not due till 27may
