I am 27YRS and my husband is34YR he is executive chef tiredof this work?

my husband is working in france, as a executive chef from last 5yrs he has 15 yrs experience,but he get tired of this work he is cont applying for other job in other country but he is not getting any response ,day by day he is losing his willing power;and his salary also not increasing;and i am pregnant half of the work has to do by him, and he alway ask when the baby will come , doctor please help us so that i can give him energy to my husband;
