I've been told that it's harder for the men to keep a platonic relationship then women or is it vice versa?

A woman can make a boundary and stick to it, but at the same time I think women get more emotional and attached so I can see where it would be hard for them to keep a platonic relationship just that. But like I said, some women can make up their mind and stick to it, so really I think it all depends on the person.....
