Catholics, I fully support some Catholic Traditions but not others, what should I do?

I fully support the Eucharist and Confession but have serious problems with other Traditions. YES I am a Catholic and I just went to M this morning. I was raised Catholic by my mother who is a devout Catholic and I went to a Catholic high school. I think some of the criticisms of Catholicism by Protestants are DEAD WRONG but others are very accurate. What should I do?
