I broke my wrist do you think my cast is to tight?

hey around 4 days ago i broke my wirst and chippd the bone snoboarding. i have one of those plaster temp casts. my thumb is out and is starting to go purple and black. and my fingers are a little swollen, whats the best thing to do go to the walkin clinic, hospital or wait 4 days for when i get my new cast on? thanks
