Why is there genocide in Sri Lanka?

There is no genocide. There is a war against the LTTE which is a terrorist organization. Its banned in US even. LTTE even uses children as fighters and even uses suicide bombers in public places in Sri Lanka. Recently they have been using tamils in the northern areas where the war is as a human shield.
